Volunteering is the lifeblood of Brighton Tri Club. Everyone involved, from coaches and committee members to marshals at events, are volunteers who freely give up their time, enthusiasm and skills to help you, the club, our local community, and the world of triathlon.

If you’ve benefitted from being a member of this club, wouldn’t it feel great to give back? Volunteering with us is fun, a great way to connect with other members, and helps ensure we can carry on for years into the future.

Whether a new member, an old hand, a member's relation or a member of the public, everyone is welcome to help out at our events or as a someone who would like to get more involved at the heart of the club. Regular volunteers receive a coveted, personally named hi-viz jacket!

Sealanes Brighton Swim Challenge in association with Brighton Tri Club - 7th July 2024

Please mark in your diary the7th of July to volunteer at this new event.

Together with Sealanes, we are hosting a 750m swim, a 2.5K swim and a 5K swim. Check in will be at Sea Lanes and the start and finish of each swims will be around the same area.

We need enough volunteers to help set up, marshal and clear up afterwards. Check in starts at 7:45 am, with the last scheduled to be over by lunchtime.
750m check in 8-9am, briefing at 9:10am, swim start 9:20am. The 2.5K and 5K check in 8.20-9.20am, briefing at 10:20am, swim start 10:30am. If you can't make the whole event but can do a few hours, that’s great too. The more of us who are there, the betters it works.
